Chris Isaacs is a Tech and Innovation Policy Analyst for the Frontier Institute. A born and raised Kentuckian, Chris’s passion for championing innovative communities stems from his family’s Appalachian roots and working in Uganda after college. Chris loves backpacking, canoeing, and climbing. Chris earned an M.A. in International Commerce and a law degree from the University of Kentucky.
