These model reforms are designed not only for Montana, but for any state seeking to empower individuals, protect property rights, unleash innovation, and keep the spirit of the western frontier alive in America.

While we won’t directly lobby or otherwise pursue legislation in other states, we are happy to help other state-level reformers interested in introducing our model bills by:
