FRONTIER INSTITUTE LAUNCHES MONTANA RECOVERY AGENDA
The Frontier Institute’s Montana Recovery Agenda charts the pathway to a thriving economic recovery in 2021.
HELENA, Mont. – Today, the Frontier Institute announced the Montana Recovery Agenda, a comprehensive 2021 policy agenda with recommendations for lawmakers to spur economic growth.
“Voters this November gave a clear Montana mandate for lawmakers to deliver on a strong economic recovery,” said Kendall Cotton, President and CEO. “Montana needs a fresh roadmap for economic growth and The Frontier Institute’s Montana Recovery Agenda aims to provide that path.”
The Montana Recovery Agenda proposes specific reforms in three key policy areas that would show voters their elected leaders are serious about economic recovery:
- Limiting government growth. By reducing regulations and limiting the growth of spending, Montana lawmakers can unleash economic growth.
- Reforming our broken health care system. By removing government barriers to free choice and empowering patients with control of their health decisions, Montana lawmakers can help lower costs and increase access to health care.
- Protecting and strengthening public trust. By cracking down on warrantless searches and mass surveillance, Montana lawmakers can rebuild public trust, making public health efforts more effective and economic recovery more stable.
